Getting Started
Let's get School Journey connected to your school! Follow these three simple steps and you'll be up and running in no time.
Are you a parent? Your school needs to set up School Journey first before you can use it. Share this page with your school administrator and let them know we offer a free trial to get started!
1. Install the Blackbaud App
NOTE: You'll need Environment Admin permissions in your Blackbaud environment to complete this step.
Here's what to do:
- Visit the School Journey Blackbaud Marketplace Listing
- Click the Connect button in the left sidebar
- Follow the prompts to authorize the connection

2. Log In to Complete Authorization
Once you've connected the app in Blackbaud, come back here and log in to School Journey to complete the authorization process.
Good to know: After logging in, you'll be able to explore the dashboard, but things will look a little bare at first. We'll configure your trial setup behind the scenes so you can start testing with real data.
